ลูกค้าสามารถคืนสินค้าภายใน 1 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า
บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตรวจสอบสภาพสินค้าก่อนยินยอมรับการคืนสินค้า การขอคืนเงิน หรือการเปลี่ยนสินค้า และลูกค้าจะต้องถ่ายวีดีโอขณะแกะกล่องพัสดุเท่านั้น
ทางบริษัทฯ รับคืนสินค้าในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้
สินค้าชำรุดจากการจัดส่ง
สินค้าที่ได้รับไม่ตรงกับคำสั่งซื้อ บางส่วนของสินค้าสูญหาย สินค้าไม่ตรงตามที่โฆษณาไว้
กรณีสินค้าถูกตีกลับจากการปฏิเสธการรับสินค้า ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการจัดส่งสินค้าใหม่ และทางบริษัทฯ จะทำการคืนเงินให้กับลูกค้าในลำดับต่อไป
กรณีที่ไม่สามารถจัดส่งสินค้าได้เนื่องจากเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น ภัยพิบัติจากธรรมชาติ การก่อการร้าย การชุมนุมทางการเมือง ฯลฯ ซึ่งหากเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวเป็นเหตุให้ไม่สามารถทำการจัดส่งได้เป็นระยะเวลาเกิน 1 วัน และทางบริษัทฯ จะทำการคืนเงินให้กับลูกค้า
สินค้าที่ต้องการส่งคืน ต้องอยู่ในสภาพดังต่อไปนี้
สินค้าที่จะส่งคืนนั้นอยู่ในสภาพดังเดิม อยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม และป้ายสินค้ายังอยู่ครบถ้วน
หลังจากทางบริษัทฯ ได้รับสินค้าแล้วจะทำการตรวจสอบสินค้าที่ส่งคืนว่าอยู่ในสภาพดังเดิมหรือไม่ เพื่อดำเนินการในขั้นตอนต่อไป
การคืนสินค้าที่ไม่ตรงตามนโยบายของทางเราจะไม่ถูกอนุมัติ และสินค้าจะถูกส่งกลับคืนลูกค้า โดยลูกเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้น

แจ้งสาเหตุที่ต้องการคืน พร้อมทั้งถ่ายวีดีโอและรูปภาพสินค้า
เมื่อได้รับอนุมัติคืนสินค้าแล้ว ลูกค้าจะต้องส่งสินค้ากลับมาตามที่อยู่ของบริษัทฯ
การคืนเงิน
เมื่อเราได้รับสินค้าที่ส่งคืนแล้ว สินค้าจะผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าสินค้ายังอยู่ในสภาพดี ตรงตามนโยบายการคืนสินค้าของเรา
กรณีสินค้าถูกตีกลับจากการปฏิเสธการรับสินค้า ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการจัดส่งสินค้าใหม่ และทางบริษัทฯ จะทำการคืนเงินให้กับลูกค้าในลำดับต่อไป
กรณีที่ไม่สามารถจัดส่งสินค้าได้เนื่องจากเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น ภัยพิบัติจากธรรมชาติ การก่อการร้าย การชุมนุมทางการเมือง ฯลฯ ซึ่งหากเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวเป็นเหตุให้ไม่สามารถทำการจัดส่งได้เป็นระยะเวลาเกิน 1 วัน และทางบริษัทฯ จะทำการคืนเงินให้กับลูกค้า
บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการคืนเงินโดยการโอนเงินเข้าบัญชีธนาคารของท่านภายใน 1 วันทำการ
ทางบริษัทฯ จะคืนค่าขนส่งในกรณีที่สินค้ามีปัญหาหรือมีตำหนิเท่านั้น
การเปลี่ยนสินค้า
สามารถทำการเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้เฉพาะสินค้าที่มีตำหนิ หรือได้รับสินค้าผิดรุ่น ผิดสีเท่านั้น
สามารถแจ้งขอเปลี่ยนสินค้าภายใน 1 วันนับจากวันที่รับสินค้า (สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ อยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม และป้ายสินค้ายังอยู่ครบถ้วน)
การเปลี่ยนสินค้าขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนสินค้าในสต็อก หากไม่มีสินค้าในสต็อก เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้าที่มูลค่าใกล้เคียงกัน หรือเปลี่ยนเป็นรุ่นอื่นๆ ทุกกรณี ทางบริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการคืนเงินเท่านั้น

Returns
Customers can return products within 1 days from the date of receipt of the product.

The company accepts returns in the following cases:

Products to be returned must be in the following conditions:

Refund
Once we receive the returned product, the product will pass the quality check to ensure that the product is still in good condition and in accordance with our return policy.
In the event that the product is returned due to refusal to accept the product, the company reserves the right to ship a new product and the company will refund the customer in the next step.
In the event that the product cannot be shipped due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, terrorism, political rallies, etc., if such an event causes the product to be unable to be shipped for more than 1 days, the company will refund the customer.
The company will refund the money to your bank account within 7 business days.
The company will refund the shipping cost only in the event that the product has a problem or is defective.
Product Exchange
You can exchange only products that are defective or received the wrong model or color.
You can request a product exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product (the product must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging). And the product label is still intact)
The product exchange depends on the number of products in stock. If there is no product in stock, we reserve the right to change to a product of similar value or change to other models. In all cases, the company will only refund.
